Returns Policy

  1. Britax Childcare NZ Ltd of 7/101 Diana Drive, Glenfield, Auckland 0627 (Britax) is only obliged to accept the return of a Product, if that Product does not correspond with your Order (Incorrect Product).
  2. Where you have received an Incorrect Product, you must contact Britax immediately by phone at 0508 688 822 between 9.30 am and 5.00 pm during weekdays or by e-mail at [email protected].
  3. Britax will then provide you with an authority number and the address to which the Incorrect Product must be sent.
  4. You must return the Incorrect Product undamaged and unused in original condition within 14 days of receiving it to that address together with the authority number provided to you at the time you contact us.
  5. Subject to compliance with this Returns Policy, Britax will cover your reasonable costs in returning the Incorrect Product and arrange for the correct Product to be sent to you for no additional Delivery Fee.
  6. Where Britax is unable to provide you with the correct Product (for example because it is no longer available), Britax will refund the Price of the Product and the original Delivery Fee.
  7. For the avoidance of doubt, Britax is under no obligation to accept return of Product for any reason other than the receipt of Incorrect Product. If Britax, in its absolute discretion, accepts the return of Product which is not Incorrect Product, you will be responsible for delivery costs of returning the Product and the additional Delivery Fee for delivering the new Product to you.
